Healthy filling dish that will keep your family energetic for whole day long. As it is said "Eat Breakfast like a King" So here goes the recipe for tummy filling traditional breakfast with 3 wholesome dals 🤗
Steps

Wash & Soak Chana dal, Urad dal & Moong dal in hot water for 1 hour or so

Once all dals get fluffy, grind them into smooth paste preferably before sleeping.

Add in oil & keep it overnight for fermentation

In Morning take the fermented batter add in curd, turmeric powder, Salt, ginger chilli & garlic paste & water as required. Mix everything well. Taste the batter if something is to be added more add at this point.

Divide batter into 2 parts. Keep steamer on flame with water in it. Once water starts boiling, Add 1/2 tsp eno in 1 part of batter, mix properly and immidiately pour in dhokla plate to steam on high flame for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes insert knife to check it's doneness. It should come out clean. In the same way steam another dhokla plate. Let it cool done a beat then cut into square shapes. now it's time to pour the tadka

Heat 3 tbsp oil, crackle mustard seeds, add in sesame seeds, green chillies & curry leaves. Pour this tadka on dhokla and garnish with coriander leaves. Done make it & Enjoy 🤗❤❤
