Ingredients

  • 4eggs
  • 1onion nicely chopped
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • 2 tablespoontomato sauce
  • 1.5 teaspoonsoy sauce
  • 1 teaspoongreen chilli sauce
  • To tastesalt
  • As neededoil

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan

  2. 2

    Fry the onions adding salt and turmeric powder till they become golden

  3. 3

    Add the eggs and scramble them with the spoon

  4. 4

    Add green chilli,tomato,soy and green chilli sauce and mix well

  5. 5

    Scrambled egg is ready to be served with roti or paratha
