Summers and mangoes, a match made in heaven. Mango is known as the king of fruits and it's not only because of it's taste or prices but it's because of it's properties and health benefits.

Raw or ripe, in any form it's good to consume mango in summers. My family of foodies needs Aam Panna as a daily beverage in summers. They don't mind cherishing it in offseason as well :) If you are thinking how then let me tell you. Before the season ends, every year I procure the pulp of raw and ripe Mangoes to treat my family with mango even in offseason.

Aam Panna is a famous summer drink made from raw mangoes. Everyone has their own recipe and way to prepare it. I learnt this recipe from my Mother-in-Law who is an awesome cook. So sharing her recipe in her way with you all.
