Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 bunchAsparagus
  • <Garlic Goma-ae Sauce>
  • 1/4 teaspoonSalt
  • 1/2 cloveGarlic *grated
  • 1/2-1 tablespoonToasted Sesame Seeds *ground
  • 1/2 tablespoonSesame Oil
  • Chilli or Toban Djan (Chili Bean Sauce) *optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Trim Asparagus and blanch in salted boiling water. Do not over cook. Dip them into cold water and drain.

  2. 2

    Add all the Garlic Goma-ae Sauce ingredients and combine well.

  3. 3

    Chilli or Toban Djan (Chili Bean Sauce) can be added.
