300 gmraw mangoes
1/2 tspmustard seed
2red chilli
1/4 tspturmeric powder
to tasteSalt
4 tspsugar (as needed)
3 tsprefined oil
3 glasseswater

Cut the mangoes into small pieces

Put oil in the pan, now put the mustard seed & red chilli in it

Now put the mangoes, salt & turmeric in the pan & fry it for sometime

Now put the water in it and let it be cooked for sometime

Now put sugar in it and it's ready.
