Firtly for paratha dough, in a bowl take whole wheat flour, salt, oil and add mix well,add water make a soft dough and rest it for 1hour.

For stuffing,in a bowl take shredded paneer, salt, red chilli powder and give it a good mix.

Now take medium size dough and make round dust and roll it in to small round with rolling pin insert paneer mixture and seal it from all sides an make a round ball and again roll it thin,

Then heat a tawa add 1/4 tbsp butter and put the paratha and roast it both sides till it becomes golden brown and take them to the serving plate.

Now for carrot raita,in a bowl take greek yogurt, shredded carrot, sliced green chilli, salt and mix well and serve in a small cup with parathas.
