Steps

First take a mixing bowl.add all ingredients boiled mashed potatoes,onion, chilli, all masala s corn flour and mix it well.

Take another bowl add plain flour or salt or as required of water make a slurry.not too thick or thin.

Keep vermicili in a plate.

Take a portion of potato mixer make big Lemon size ball lil flate deep in slurry then vermicili plate caot potato ball very well

Then potato ball in press the thumb in middle look like nest.

Make all nest are same.after making nest keep in freeze for set the nests atleast 15 min then fry it.

Now fry them in medium flame in hot oil.

Decorate the nest with paneer balls make look like a egg.
