Cook rice until dry. Spread rice out on parchment paper to cool or cutting board. After cooled layer rice, yeast and sugar. Add 1 jar of marchiano cherries. Fill jug with water leave at least 3-4inches away from rim so it has room to burp. Let it sit in a dark warm place. Stir and add more sugar and yeast every day for a week. Its ready to drink around 2 weeks but for best results let it set for 3-5 weeks. The longer is sets the stronger it gets :) Enjoy!
