Peel raw Mango skin and chop into pieces.

Take pan add half tsp oil and heat.Add mustard seeds and let it splutter.Now add Mango pcs and sauté 1min.

Add water,salt and two pinch turmeric powder.

Let this boil on medium heat

Mango pcs has to become tender then only add sugar and boil.

The taste has to be khatta-mittha.Adjust water in it again and boil.Put sugar if required.

Cool this completely and keep in fridge to chill at least 1hr.

Cool cool Aam Rasila is ready to be consumed in this hot season !!!

This can stay in fridge for 5-6days.
