Ingredients

  • 2 cupmaida
  • 1 cupMalayi
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 1 tspn baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • As neededTutty fruity
  • 1 tsp Orange essence
  • 1 pinchorange food colour

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl and add malayi and sugar and mix then keep aside for ten minutes

  2. 2

    Take another bowl and mix maida, baking powder and baking soda and sieve 3 times

  3. 3

    Then add half tutty fruity

  4. 4

    Take malayi sugar mixture and essence and edible food colour and mix

  5. 5

    Now add maida mixture and 1 cup milk into malayi mixture alternately

  6. 6

    Add some more milk if needed for the setting consistency of batter

  7. 7

    Now pour this batter into greased cake tin and bake in cooker for 40 minutes

  8. 8

    After 40 minutes check. It will become. Otherwise wait for some more time.

  9. 9

    Then let it some cool then demould and decorate according to ur choice.
