Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgram flour
  2. 1/2 cupPure Ghee
  3. 1 cupSugar
  4. 1/2 teaspoonCardamom powder
  5. 2 cupsWater
  6. Cherries for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a wok and heat pure ghee, add gram flour and roast till golden in colour.

  2. 2

    Add required water and sugar.

  3. 3

    Then add cardamom powder.

  4. 4

    Garnish with cherries and dry fruits and serve hot.
