1 cupspinach chopped
1 cupwater
1 cupsugar
2 tbsplemon juice

Make sugar syrup.

Blend the spinach in a blender.

Mix the sugar syrup and the lemon juice in a blender and make a puree.

Mix all the ingredients and pour it in the ice cream mould.

Refrigerate it for 2 hours or until set.
