Ingredients

  • 1 cupchopped, cleaned strawberries (about 150 grams)
  • 1 cuppeeled mango, diced into medium cubes (about 165 grams)
  • 2 tablespoonsfinely chopped onion (about 20 grams)
  • 1finely chopped jalapeño pepper
  • Juice of 1 lime, or to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped cilantro, to taste (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl, combine the strawberries, mango, jalapeño, onion, and lime juice.

    Add salt, pepper, and cilantro if desired. Mix well.

    Refrigerate for 1 hour to let the flavors blend, then enjoy.
