300 gmPretty soaked rice
120 gmsSugar
Water
podsCinnamon stick, cardamom
Pinchsaffron color
Raisins, almonds, tutti fruity optional
Ghee

Soak rice 30mins before cooking. Heat ghee, add cinnamon and cardamom. Add enough water and color to cook rice till done. Add optional dry fruits. Make thick sugar syrup add to the rice and simmer for 10mins.
