Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  • 4large boneless fish fillets
  • 1 cupflour (about 120 grams)
  • 1 tablespoongarlic powder
  • 1 tablespoononion powder
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • Enough oil for frying
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1egg

Steps

    Beat the egg and pour it onto a large plate, big enough to coat the fish fillets.

  2. 2

    Mix all the dry ingredients together and spread them out on a separate plate.

  3. 3

    Heat a skillet over medium heat until hot.

  4. 4

    Pat the fish fillets dry with a paper towel, dip them in the beaten egg, then coat them in the prepared flour mixture, and place them in the hot oil to fry.

  5. 5

    Let the fillets cook thoroughly on one side before flipping them. Flip when the coating starts to turn golden brown.

  6. 6

    Once cooked on both sides, place the fillets on a thick paper towel to drain excess oil.

  7. 7

    Serve with rice and a salad. Enjoy!
