Steps

Heat oil in pan and add cumin seeds. Add chopped green chilli, sliced onions and saute.

Add grated carrot and capsicum and cook it for a minute.

Add coriander powder and salt. Mix it well. Then add boondi and cook it for about a minute till the boondi becomes soft. Add less salt if your boondi is salted.

Transfer it to a serving bowl. Enjoy it with chapati.
