This recipe is delicious and very easy to make. My family loves it.
Steps

Wash the mojarra fish thoroughly and drain well.

Season the fish generously with salt and pepper, inside and out.

Crush the garlic into a paste and rub it all over the fish, inside and out.

Let the fish rest for 10 to 15 minutes.

Coat the fish in flour and fry in hot oil on both sides until golden brown.

Let the fish drain to remove excess oil. Serve with a lettuce salad and white rice.
