  1. 1 cupbasmati rice
  2. 1/2 cupsnuts and raisins
  3. 1 teaspoonshahi jeera
  4. 1/2 teaspoongrated ginger
  5. 1/2 teaspoonjaifal javitri powder
  6. 2 green cardamoms
  7. 2cloves
  8. 1 stickcinnamon
  9. To tastesalt and sugar
  10. as neededoil and ghee
  11. as neededwater(warm)

  1. 1

    Wash the rice and mix turmeric powder sugar and gated ginger

  2. 2

    Heat ghee in a pot temper the whole jeera and garam masalas

  3. 3

    Add nut and raisins and mix the rice saute well

  4. 4

    Add water and cover till it gets cook

  5. 5

    The pullav is ready
