Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgrated coconut (peel black portion)
  2. 1 cupmilk
  3. 1 cuppure ghee
  4. 1 cupsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a cooker

  2. 2

    Put all the ingredients in the cooker and stir in one direction continuesly

    After some time Mysori pak leave the ghee and turns little pink

    Immediately turn the nariyal mysori pak in to grease plate otherwise it will over cook

  5. 5

    Slant the plate so that extra ghee will leave from the mysore pak

    Let it cool and cut into pieces and store it into airtight container.
