Ingredients

  1. 1punch terere
  2. 1punch manangu
  3. 1punch saga
  4. 2tomatoes (optional)
  5. 2onions
  6. 2tblsp oil
  7. 1 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the vegetables and cut them into small, wash and boil for 3 mins,drain the water and set aside

    Cut the onions, and saute

    Add in the tomatoes and leave them to cook for few minutes

    Add in the vegetables, and mix well, season with salt, serve,you can serve for any accompaniment of the main meal.
