This drink is easy, nutritious, and delicious, especially when served very cold...

Soak the oats and cinnamon in part of the water until they soften (about 30 to 40 minutes).

After soaking, blend the cinnamon with a bit of the soaking water and strain it into the pitcher where you'll prepare the drink.

Next, blend the oats with the remaining soaking water, preferably blending well enough so you don't need to strain it.

Add the blended oats to the cinnamon along with the tablespoon of vanilla extract and the evaporated milk.

Add the remaining water to make a total of 2 liters. Sweeten with sugar to taste.

Serve with ice or very cold... Delicious!!
