Soya is very healthy and tasty and a good sauce of protein. It's used in chunk and granules form also. Today I make a very healthy and tasty recipe with soya granules. It's super tasty with rice and chapati also.

Soya is very healthy and tasty and a good sauce of protein. It's used in chunk and granules form also. Today I make a very healthy and tasty recipe with soya granules. It's super tasty with rice and chapati also.

At first boil 2 glasses water and add soya granules and some salt in it.

After 2-3 min drain acces water and wash soya granules with plane water. Keep aside.

In a pan heat oil for tadka. Add Cummin seeds, garlic, onion and saute it till got brown. Add tomatoes, green chillies and all masala's.

Add pottatos and soya granules mix it and cover with lead. In mid check 2-3 time. Till it's Cook. don't add water.

It's ready. Serve with rice or chapati, as you like.
