Put the grated coconut into the mixing jar by adding chopped raw mango, salt, red dry chilli and peanuts.

Now add little beat water to it.

Grind it into fine chutney.

See that it should not be very much thick.

So again add the water by seeing the consistency.

Again grind it.

Now raw mango Coconut Chutney is ready.

Serve it with Idly or rice.
