9 ozSkirt Steak
1 tbspolive oil
1 1/4tomato sauce
1/2onion, diced
1 cuppeppers, chopped
3garlic cloves, sliced
1 1/2zucchini, chopped
parsley
salt
black pepper

Cut beef into small cubes

In a medium pot, heat olive oil over medium heat

Add onion, garlic, and beef. Sauté for 10 minutes.

Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 20 minutes

Season to tasete, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
