Peanut Pork Noodles

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupsoy sauce (marinade)
  2. 1/4 cupchopped cilantro (marinade)
  3. 3 clovesminced garlic (marinade)
  4. 3 tbsp.brown sugar (marinade)
  5. 1 tbsp.olive oil (marinade)
  6. 1juiced lime (marinade)
  7. 10 oz.angel hair noodles
  8. 1juiced lime (noodles)
  9. 2 clovesminced garlic (noodles)
  10. 1/2 cuppeanut butter (noodles)
  11. 1 cuphot water (noodles)
  12. 2 tbsp.soy sauce (noodles)
  13. 1 poundthinly-sliced pork chops

Cooking Instructions

    Cut pork chops into thin strips and place them with all the marinade ingredients into a large ziplock bag. Let sit for anywhere between 30 minutes to a few hours.

    Toss the noodles with the noodle ingredients once the pork chops have been sitting for the desired amoint of time.

    Pan-fry the pork while preparing the noodles.

    Drizzle the remaining marinade over the pork shortly before removing it from heat. Once the peanut butter is thoroughly melted and spread evenly over all the noodles, add the pork chops.

isn't it recommended that the uncooked marinade NOT be used to top any food?
