Ingredients

1 Cupcooked rice
2medium fried onions
1/2 tspwhole cumin
2 Tbspoil
to tasteSalt
Fresh coriander to garnish

Cook the rice & keep aside

In a pan add oil fry the onions till golden brown,keep aside
3

In the same oil put cumin
4

Once it Splatters add the rice
5

Add salt, mix well.

Arrange in a serving bowl the rice & garnish with fried onions & coriander
