First mix khoya, maida & baking soda.

Knead a soft dough

Make small balls stuff with cardamom powder

Heat oil on very low flame. Place one by one ball in pan.Switch off the flame when balls starts floating on oil then start flame again on low.

Fry till get a nice colour

In other side make 1string sugar syrup

Put all balls in warm syrup

Then garnish with almond and cashew nuts

Enjoy hot or cold as you wish
