3garlic cloves
3 tbspgrated ginger
1/4 cupchopped lemongrass
1 tspcumin
1 tspcoriander
1thai chili, minced
1raw chicken breast, sliced
1sliced onion
Shredded bok choy
4 cupswater
1 cancoconut milk
Cilantro
2 tbspfish sauce

Saute garlic, ginger, lemongrass, cumin, coriander, and chili

Add chicken and onion. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add bok choy, water, coconut milk, cilantro, and fish sauce. Cook 8 minutes.
