Method : mix (half quantity)dahi, masalas, lemon juice, ginger/garlic paste, beat well & marinate chkn.
In another bowl mix amul cream,mayonise, curd & lil beat of milk & milk powder. Mix well.
Bake the chkn in a pre-heated oven. Heat kadhai & heat 3-4 tbsp oil. When done transfer the cooked chkn in the kadhai. - 2
Add the kasoori methi & mint powder. Mix well & cook on slow flame. Add a piece of burning charcoal. After few minutes remove the charcoal and add the curd cream mixture & milk. Don't overcook.
Add butter for more enhanced taste.
