Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgChicken
  • 1/2 kgDahi/curd
  • 3-4 tspAmul cream
  • 3Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsphaldi
  • to tastesalt
  • 1tsp red tandoori colour
  • 1 tbspEverest chicken tandoori masala
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 tspKasoori methi/mint powder
  • 3 tbspmayonnaise
  • 3 cupsmilk
  • 3 tbspmilk powder

Steps

    Method : mix (half quantity)dahi, masalas, lemon juice, ginger/garlic paste, beat well & marinate chkn.
    In another bowl mix amul cream,mayonise, curd & lil beat of milk & milk powder. Mix well.
    Bake the chkn in a pre-heated oven. Heat kadhai & heat 3-4 tbsp oil. When done transfer the cooked chkn in the kadhai.

    Add the kasoori methi & mint powder. Mix well & cook on slow flame. Add a piece of burning charcoal. After few minutes remove the charcoal and add the curd cream mixture & milk. Don't overcook.
    Add butter for more enhanced taste.
