Heat oil in pan add chopped veggies

After 5min as all water evaporates.add tom sauce.chilli sauce soya sauce and salt

Now heat tawa add one big spoon of maida solution.like we use to make dosa and chilla

Put little oil turn it

When both side is done add veg

Sprinkle grated cheese

Now it's ready

Serve with any sauce.u can add more veg of ur choice...
