Chicken kaleji with paratha

Marinate kaleji with all ingridient except oil and keep in fridge for 20 minutes.

Heat oil in kadai and cook kaleji till tenders.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Now in bowl add wheat flour, salt, oil and sufficient water to make soft dough.

Take lemon size ball out of it. And roll into circle.

Apply some oil and fold from half.

Again apply oil and fold remaining half part. Apply oil again.

Fold it from half and make square shape. And roll into paratha.

Heat ghee and roast parathas till done.

Serve hot with kaleji.
