Ingredients

  1. 2 cuppapaya shredded
  2. 1 cupjaggery/sugar
  3. 1/2 tspEach powder
  4. 2 tbspGhee
  5. Dry fruits(finely chopped pista, badam)

Steps

  1. 1

    Keep pan on stove add shredded papaya and little water

  2. 2

    Close the lid and Cook it for 15 min

  3. 3

    Add 1 tsp ghee and jaggery and cook it again fr 10 min

  4. 4

    Add ekachi powder and mix it well

  5. 5

    Garnish with ghee roasted dry fruits
