Heat two tbsp oil in a pan.

Add minced chicken and saute for 3 - 4 mins

Add salt and mix well

Take a large bowl add all purpose flour,carom seeds,onion seeds,salt and one tbsp clarified butter and mix well.

Make a soft dough with the help of milk

Divide the dough into equal size balls.

Sprinkle the little flour and roll them with a rolling pin.

Add one tbsp minced chicken,one tbsp chopped onion,green chilli,coriander leaves.

Beat one egg and mix them.

On a heated pan make mughlai paratha applying clarified butter on both sides.
