So i learnt this recipe on one of my trips to Nairobi, really enjoyed trying it out myself and the housemate love love it as well; healthy and crunchy.

So i learnt this recipe on one of my trips to Nairobi, really enjoyed trying it out myself and the housemate love love it as well; healthy and crunchy.
Steps

Wash all bell pepper, onions, pepper, garlic, ginger and spring onion, dice bell pepper in big chunks then set aside, dice pepper, spring onions, onions, garlic and ginger and separate them

Marinade chicken with salt, pepper, dash of chef stone spice, knorr, oregano and little soy sauce and set aside

In a pan add, vegetable oil, sesame oil garlic and onions. And cook for mins.

Add the marinated chopped Chicken breast and cook until ready; then add pepper, salt to taste, knorr cube, oregano, soy sauce and chef stone secret spice then stir after a minute,

Add all the other vegetables and cook For about 5mins

Then add cashew nut and spring onions then stir everything together making sure they all mix in properly

Turn off hear and serve with your favorite assortment like rice or pasta or noodles.
