Steps

Grind badam and milk in mixer coarsely.

Pour 1 tbsp ghee in a Pan...add badam mix in it.

Cook on medium flame.. stir continuously.

Add 1 tbsp more ghee..and sugar... mix well.

Add Elaichi powder..and 1 tbsp ghee also.

Badam Halwa is ready when it leaves the sides of the pan.

Serve chilled or warm...garnished with almonds.
