Ingredients

  • 260 gall purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoonssugar
  • 2 cupsmilk
  • 2eggs
  • 1 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 2 tablespoonmargarine melted

Steps

  1. 1

    Measure all ingredients

  2. 2

    Mix wet ingredients in one bowl

  3. 3

    Mix dry ingredient in a separate bowl

  4. 4

    Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well

  5. 5

    Heat pan and apply oil

  6. 6

    Add batter a little at a time

  7. 7

    Allow to cook turn cook the other side.

  8. 8

    Do the same for the rest of the batter

  9. 9

    Enjoy
