Carbonate of beef and ugali
Steps

Boil some water and then cook a piece of ugali

Make some tomato puree (optional)

Add some oil in a cooking pan

Add onions and let them cook until they turn brown

Add some sliced tomatoes to the mixture and let them cook for approximately 2 minutes

Add the beef and stir continously for 1 minute

Let it cook for some time and then add the tomato puree

Leave it until it starts boiling

Add a little amount of beer to the meat and let it boil

Simmer for 3 minutes after the beef has already cooked

Add a little salt and stir

Then enjoy your meal
