Ingredients

  1. 300grams(1pck) Bitter Gourd Mini
  2. 100 gramsSliced Pork (or Ham)
  3. 2 piecesEgg
  4. 1 tbspSoy Sauce
  5. 1/2 tspSalt
  6. 1 pinchSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut gourd lengthways, take seeds away. And slice it into 1mm thick pieces. Immerse inwater for 1 to 2 days, if you do not like bitterness

  2. 2

    Thank Cut the sliced pork bite size.

  3. 3

    Fry sliced bitter gourd with sliced pork.

  4. 4

    Add salt and sugar, mix softly, and add bitten egg and soy sauce.

  5. 5
