In a saucepan heat butter and add red. Or carrot, capsicum.

Add some black pepper powder fry for some time.cook till the chicken is tender.

Mix maida, salt, Black peepers powder and 2-3 tbsp butter into a crumbly consistency.
Add some of the water and continue to mix into a crumbly mixture.

Make a soft dough.rest 20 to 25 minutes.

Divide the dough into equal size bals.Roll dough into a big chapati fold one third from one end towards center and then the other.

Place chicken mixture in one half and fold over. Press to seal.

Rest 20 mints in refrigerator.

Heat oil in a pan deep fry all parties.on medium flame.golden brown and crispy take it out.

Serve hot with green chutney.
