Ingredients

  • 100 gunsalted butter
  • 80 gcaster sugar
  • 60 gwhite flour
  • 2 gbaking powder
  • 10 gmatcha powder for cooking
  • 100 geggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the butter and eggs out of your fridge and leave them in the room temperture

  2. 2

    Mix the butter - please don’t heat them.

  3. 3

    Add sugar - mix until it gets softer

  4. 4

    Add matcha powders to 3

  5. 5

    Add eggs to 4

  6. 6

    Add the flour and baking powder to 4

  7. 7

    Bake (170℃ for 40-50 minutes)
