Ingredients

4 servings
  • 5medium potatoes
  • 250 mlyoghurt
  • About 5 small leaves of onion
  • Corriander
  • Pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel potatoes dice into cubes

  2. 2

    Place diced potatoes in a pan add water and boil till potatoes soften

    Remove from fire drain the water let it cool

    Dice onions and corriander for garnish

    Add salt onions and coriander to the potatoes mix gently not to mash the potatoes

  6. 6

    Add yoghurt mix gently

    Serve cold
