  1. 2 2/3 cupsflaked coconut
  2. 4 tbspall purpose flour
  3. 2/3 cupsugar
  4. 1/4 tspsalt
  5. 4egg whites
  6. 1 tspvanilla extract

Steps

    Preheat oven to 350°f

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients in bowl to combine

  3. 3

    Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.

  4. 4

    Bake for 20 to 25 mins or until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Cool on wire rack and enjoy.
