  • 3 tbspcrated sugar
  • 1.5 tbspElaichi powder
  • 4cashew
  • 5almond
  • 8bread
  • 1 glasswater
  • 1 pinchyellow natural food colour

Steps

    In malai mix cashew,sugar,almond and elaichi powder.In a fry pan create sugar syrup using the natural colour.For taste enhancement add rose water in the sugar syrup.Cut the bread in circle shape apply the malai mixture in the bread and dip it in sugar syrup and then apply coconut dust thoroughly.
