Steps

Heat oil in a pan and fry the Potatoes adding salt and turmeric powder

Keep the Potatoes aside.

Now add oil and temper jeera seeds bay leaf red chilli and garam masalas

Add ginger paste and jeera seeds and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add tomato puree and red chilli Powder,mix well

Now add the Potatoes and green peas combine well

Add water and cover,allow it to simmer

Finally add sugar and mix well

The potato peas curry is ready
