Preheat the oven

Weigh all the ingredients appropriatly

Cream in the butter and sugar until fluffy

Add the eggs one at a time as you add flour to avoid it being soggy

Fold in the flour

Butter the baking tin and put the mixture

Take it to the oven and bake at 200c

Insert the skewer and if it's dry the cake is ready

Serve with lemon sauce
