Ingredients

10-15 minutes
1-2 servings
  1. 100 gOats
  2. 2 teaspoonbutter or desi ghee
  3. 1 cupChopped onion, tomato, carrots, green chilli, zinger
  4. as neededSalt, zeera, red chilli, black pepper, Sarao seed, coriander powder

Steps

10-15 minutes
  1. 1

    Roast otas in a pan till brown and put a side

    Add 2 teaspoon butter or desi ghee in a pan with low flame and add zeera and mustard seed with pinch of hing in it

    Fry onions till brown and add chopped tomatoes and other vegetable with salt and chilli in it

    Add otas init

    Add 2 cup of water and cook it 2-3 minutes till it becomes dry
