1 cupBoiled pasta
1/2 cupMushrooms chopped
as neededOil
to tasteSalt
1 tbspMaida
1 cupCold milk
1 tspMixed herbs
1/2 tspBlack pepper
1 tspGarlic chopped

Steps

Take a pan on flame add oil,add garlic saute 10 sec.,add mushroom and saute for a couple of min.

Add maida and saute a sec.now add cold milk mix it well, when boil comes out than add salt,pepper herbs and lastly add boiled pasta mix and serve hot

Mushroom sauce pasta is ready to serve. garnish with hara dhaniya.
