Steps

Boil penne pasta in a pan till it get soft and then drain the water out and add cold water so that it won’t get stick to each other. Keep aside.

Take a karahi and add oil to it. In that add chopped cloves and saute for a mintue. Then add chopped onion to it and saute till it gets light brown.

After that add chopped tomatoes and tomato puree to it and saute for 5-10 mintues on medium flame.

Add chilli flakes, oregano, veeba pasta sauce and saute for 3 mintues add vegetables to it and add salt. Sauté for 5 mintues.

After opening the lid see the vegetables if it’s cooked lightly then add cream to it and mix whole well. Saute for 2 mintues.

Now add pasta to it and give a good mix so that whole ingredients mix well with each other.

Keep it fo 5 mintues on low flame so that everything gets mixed with each other well.

Now take it in a bowl and garnish with little oregano and cheese. And serve hot..
