A traditional curry recipe served during a meal with rice.This is very light and soothing on a summer day.
Steps

Peel off the gourd and Potatoes and cut into cubes

Heat oil in a pan add jeera seeds and bay leaf for tempering
- 3
Now add pointed gourd saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
- 4
As the gourd is fried add Potatoes and fry well
- 5
Now add ginger paste and jeera powder saute well
- 6
Add curd and red chilli Powder and mix well
- 7
Add milk and water as per your requirement of Curry and covered
- 8
Finally add sugar and mix well
- 9
Garnish it with slitted green chilli garam masala powder and ghee
- 10
Serve it with rice and enjoy
