Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 500 grampointed gourd
  2. 4Potatoes
  3. 1 tablespoonjeera powder
  4. 1 teaspoongaram masala powder
  5. 1 teaspoonred chilli Powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  7. 1 teaspoonginger paste
  8. 1bay leaf
  9. 3-4green chillies slitted
  10. 2-3 tablespooncurd
  11. 2-3 tablespoonmilk
  12. To tastesalt and sugar
  13. As neededoil

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel off the gourd and Potatoes and cut into cubes

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan add jeera seeds and bay leaf for tempering

  3. 3

    Now add pointed gourd saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    As the gourd is fried add Potatoes and fry well

  5. 5

    Now add ginger paste and jeera powder saute well

  6. 6

    Add curd and red chilli Powder and mix well

  7. 7

    Add milk and water as per your requirement of Curry and covered

  8. 8

    Finally add sugar and mix well

  9. 9

    Garnish it with slitted green chilli garam masala powder and ghee

  10. 10

    Serve it with rice and enjoy
