Pan dry your fillet. Ensure it is well defrosted. Place it on a hot pan without oil and let it brown on both sides

Time to prepare your marinade:Put your paprika, salt, and lemon in a bowl. Give it a good mix before rubbing the marinade all over the fish. Make some slits on the fillet so that the marinade seeps through

Put a little oil in a pan and put your marinated fillet

Let it cook on one side for about 5-7 minutes. Flip the other side and do the same

Serve with some vegetable rice
